The game contains 20 achievements, all of which are marked as secret.

| Explorer | Find the map. | We've got a complete guide on it if you need, but the map can be located just before leaving the starting area. |
| Secret Egg | Find a secret egg. | The first time you unlock a secret egg, this achievement will pop. |
| Egg Enjoyer | Find 8 secret eggs. | The first of many multi-egg goals, you'll need to find eight eggs around the map to trigger this trophy. |
| Egg Hobbyist | Find 16 secret eggs. | This is the first time your egg goals double, but it won't be the last - now, find another eight eggs to get your next trophy after the last. |
| Egg Lord | Find 32 secret eggs. | Quite a lot of eggs already, but you're not quite done yet. Find 32 total eggs to trigger this achievement. |
| Egg Well | Find all the secret eggs. | Not many have done it yet across any of the consoles Animal Well is on, but finding each of the secret eggs is also a trophy. |
| Secret Rabbit | Find a secret rabbit. | After you've beaten the game, there are plenty of hidden rabbits for you to find around the entirety of the map. |
| Chameleon | Find the V. Flame. | Story related, cannot be missed. |
| Seahorse | Find the B. Flame. | |
| Ghost | Find the P. Flame. | |
| Ostrich | Find the G. Flame. | |
| Candle Bright | Light every candle. | There are several candles placed in dark rooms around the map that require matches to light. Lighting them has a number of different effects on your immediate area.
Tip: When you find an unlit candle but don't have a match on you, mark the location on your map so you can come back later. |
| Manticore | Release the Manticore. | Related to the ending of the game. (No spoilers!) |
| Sneak | Sneak up on a Squirrel. | There aren't too many chances to do this (and they're pretty much all at the start of the game), but if you're careful with your steps in the earliest part of Animal Well before you leave the starting area, you can sneak up behind the Squirrel you've been following. |
| Good Ending | Get crushed by a Chinchilla. | The Chinchillas can be used as jumping off points to reach higher platforms, but there are a number of ways they may crush you. We triggered this Animal Well trophy by scaring a Chinchilla with a Firecracker, and it charged at us in fright and squished us against a platform while the Firecracker was going off. |
| Back and Forth Forever | Find a new way to get around. | To do this, throw the Disc in such a way that it bounces around without you catching it, and jump to land your blob on the Disc as it bounces. |
| Travel Flute | You'll need to locate the Animal Flute to unlock this Animal Well achievement. | |
| Walk the Dog | While on top of a Chinchilla, toss the Yoyo in front of you to make it move forward as you ride its head. | |
| Bubble Ecstasy | Pop 1,000 bubbles. | The easiest place to do this is in the area where you receive the Bubble Wand, where you've got several sets of four fish constantly spitting bubbles - this way, you won't have to make your own. That said, there's no way to count how many you've popped so far (that we've found, at least), so this Animal Well achievement may end up triggering automatically. |
